We are a software and product engineering company registered in India. We build software for our own products and for our clients.

What this policy covers

This policy is about this website, nysha.in, and about writing to us by email.

Our products have their own privacy policies, because they handle different information for different reasons. If you use one of our products, the policy published with that product is the one that applies to it.

What we collect when you visit this website

When you open a page, our hosting provider records the ordinary technical details every web server records: your IP address, which pages you opened and when, and what browser and device you used. We use this to keep the site working and to see roughly how many people visit.

This website has no account to sign up for, no payment form and no tracking or advertising cookies.

What we collect when you write to us

If you email us, we hold your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed. Nothing more.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

It is handled by the companies that run our website and our email on our behalf, and by nobody else, except where a law or a court requires us to disclose it.

How long we keep it

Server records are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. Email is kept for as long as we need it for the matter it concerns, and for as long afterwards as our tax and company law obligations require.

Where it is held

Our website and our email are run on services operated by providers who may store and process information outside India. We choose providers who are expected to protect it to a standard comparable to our own obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent you have given. We will answer within a reasonable period, and we will tell you if a law requires us to keep something you have asked us to delete.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may complain to the data protection authority in India.

Keeping it safe

We limit who inside the company can reach personal information to the people who need it, and our website is served only over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim ours is.

Children

This website is not meant for children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
